Nakaranas ng maalinsangan at mainit na panahon ang 5 na lugar sa bansa kahapon Huwebes, May 28.
Ayon sa PAGASA, naitala sa Cotabato City ang pinakamataas na temperatura na umabot sa 36.5 degrees Celsius.
Narito naman ang iba pang lugar na nakapagtala ng mataas na temperatura:
Camiling, Tarlac – 36.1 degrees Celsius
Catbalogan City – 36.0 degrees Celsius
Hacienda Luisita, Tarlac – 36.0 degrees Celsius
NAIA, Pasay City – 35.4 degrees Celsius
Paalala ng weather bureau sa publiko na dalasan ang pag-inom ng tubig at bawasan ang physical activities sa tanghali at hapon para maiwasan ang heat stress.
