EECQ sa isang barangay sa Caloocan pinalawig pa

Mananatili hanggang sa May 30, 2020 ang pag-iral ng Enhanced Community Quarantine (EECQ) sa Barnagay 12 sa Caloocan City.

Ayon kay Caloocan Mayor Oscar Malapitan, dahil sa patuloy na pagdami ng kaso ng COVID-19 sa nasabing barangay ay nagpasya siyang ituloy ang pag-iral ng total lockdown.

Ayon sa huling datos ng City Health Department, nasa 49 residente na mula sa Barangay 12 ang nagpositibo sa COVID-19 at nangangahulugan na sa kasalukuyan ay ang barangay na ito na ang may pinakamataas na kaso sa lungsod.

Habang nasa ilalim ng total lockdown ang barangay ay patuloy ang isinasagawang mass testing at contact tracing sa mga residente sa lugar.

Tinitiyak din ng alkalde na house-to-house ang pamamahagi ng relief packs para sa suplay ng pagkain ng mga residente.
