CAAP, nagtalaga ng araw para sa inbound international charter at commercial flights sa NAIA

Nagtalaga ang Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) ng araw para sa mga darating na international charter at commercial flights sa Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

Nakasaad sa Notice to Airman (NOTAM) na inilabas ng ahensya na maaaring lumapag sa NAIA ang inbound chartered flights tuwing Lunes at Huwebes.

Kailangang makakuha ng clearance mula sa Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) at CAAP para sa slotting purposes.

Samantala, ang inbound international commercial flights naman ay papayagan tuwing Martes, Miyerkules, Biyernes, Sabado at Linggo.

Ayon sa CAAP, kailangang makakuha muna ng approval mula sa ahensya 48 oras bago ang nakatakdang pag-alis sa pagmumulang paliparan para sa slotting at rescheduling ng flights upang masunod ang 400 pasahero kada araw sa NAIA.

Dagdag ng ahensya, hindi sakop ng NOTAM ang flights na nakakaranas ng emergency, ferry flights/cargo flights, air ambulance at medical supplies flights, government/military flights, weather mitigation flights, maintenance flights, at outbound ferry flights/cargo flights na may pasahero.

Nilinaw ng ahensya na ang ipatutupad na restrictions ay para lamang sa NAIA.

Sinabi ng CAAP na epektibo ang nasabing bagong sistema mula May 11 hanggang June 10.
