Ayon kay Mayor David Aventurado Jr., isa ito sa dahilan kung bakit nananatiling COVID-19 free ang nasabing bayan.

Maliban dito, binanggit din ng alkalde na malaking tulong ang pagiging disiplinado ng mga residente sa Magdalena.
