“Hatid-Estudyante Program” sa mga mag-aaral na stranded dahil sa ECQ pinag-aaralan na ng DOTr

Pinag-aaralan na ng Department of Transportation (DOTr) ang posibleng pagkakasa ng “Hatid-Estudyante Program” para sa mga mag-aaral na na-stranded dahil sa enhanced community quarantine.

Ayon kay DOTr Sec. Arthur Tugade, maraming estudyante ang stranded sa kanilang mga campus, apartments at dorms sa mga lugar na mayroon pang ECQ.

Hindi aniya makauwi ang mga ito sa kani-kanilang hometowns.

Ang “Hatid-Estudyante Program” ay ipapanukala ng DOTr sa Inter-Agency Task Force on the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases.

Mayroon na ring online platform ang DOTr na maaring magamit ng mga estudyante para magparehistro kung nais nilang umuwi.
