Nagbalik-sesyon na ang Mababang Kapulungan ng Kongreso matapos ang halos dalawang buwang Holy Week break.

Itinuloy ang pagbabalik ng sesyon sa kabila ng umiiral na enhanced community quarantine.

Nasa 25 kongresista ang present sa plenaryo ng Kamara habang ang iba pa ay dumalo sa pamamagitan ng video conference.
