Nilinaw ng Palasyo ng Malakanyang na hindi magiging mandatory ang pagbabayad ng mga overseas Filipino worker (OFW) ng PhilHealth premiums.
Pumalag kasi ang mg OFW sa panibagong direktiba ng PhilHealth na itaas sa tatlong porsyento ang kanilang kontribusyon sa premium.
Sinabi pa ni Roque na pinasuspinde na ni Health Secretary Francisco Duque III sa PhilHealth ang IRR habang may COVID-19 crisis sa bansa.
