DOTr nilinaw ang suspensyon ng operasyon sa mga paliparan; mga paalis na commercial flights papayagan pa rin

Tanging ang inbound international passenger flights lamang ang suspendido sa mga paliparan sa bansa.

Paglilinaw ito ng Department of Transportation (DOTr) matapos ang naunang anunsyo kahapon na sususpindihin ang operasyon ng lahat ng paliparan sa bansa para sa mga paalis at parating na flights.

Sa panibagong pahayag, sinabi ng DOTr na base sa pasya ng National Task Force Against COVID-19 ay ang mga parating na international flights ang suspendido.

Dahil dito, sinabi ng Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) na tuloy ang mga paalis na flight ngayong araw.

Kabilang dito ang mga sumusunod na flights:

Qatar Airways
QR 933 Manila – Doha

Singapore Airlines
SQ 917 Manila – Singapore

Korean Airlines
KE 624 Manila – Incheon

Sa abiso ng MIAA maaring mabago pa ang schedule ng flights kaya mabuting makipag-ugnayan sa airline companies bago magtungo ng paliparan.
