Heat index sa Metro Manila, umabot sa 40 degrees Celsius

Mainit at maalinsangang panahon ang naranasan sa Metro Manila sa araw ng Linggo, April.
Ayon sa PAGASA, pumalo sa 40 degrees Celsius ang naitalang heat index sa bahagi ng Science Garden, Quezon City bandang 3:30 ng hapon.
Nasa 34.6 degrees Celsius naman ang maximum temperature sa Science Garden dakong 3:50 ng hapon.
Dahil dito, patuloy ang paalala ng PAGASA na dalasan ang pag-inom ng tubig.
Maigi rin anilang iwasan ang physical activities tuwing tanghali at hapon.
