Suplay ng pagkain sapat sa kabila ng pagpapalawig pa sa ECQ

Tiniyak ng Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) na mayroon pang sapat na suplay ng pagkain sa bansa sa kabila ng pagpapalawig ng ng enhanced community quarantine sa maraming lugar.

Ayon kay Trade Sec. Ramon Lopez, tuloy ang trabaho sa mga food production business.

Marami aniyang suplay ng de lata, instant noodles, gatas at iba pa sa mga supermarket at grocery.

Tuluy-tuloy din aniya ang operasyon ng mga kumpanyang gumagawa ng alcohol, shampoo, at sabon.

Tiniyak din ni Lopez na may sapat na mga tauhan ang mga grocery store at iba pang essential businesses sa kabuuan ng quarantine period.

Dahil sa extension ng quarantine, pinaalalahanan din ni Lopez ang mga nagpaparenta ng residential at commercial units, public utility companies, at mga bangko na huwag munang maningil ng renta o loan hanggang sa May 15.
