2 airport security personnel positibo sa COVID-19

Inilagay sa solitary isolation ang dalawang security officers sa NAIA matapos magpositibo sa COVID-19.

Nabatid na ang dalawa, isang babaeng security screener at ang isa naman ay lalaking senior officer sa NAIA Terminal 1.

Hindi pa malinaw kung nakapagsagawa na ng contact tracing ang Manila International Airport Authority sa mga maaring nakasalamuha ng dalawang pasyente, kasama na ang mga pasahero.

Base sa impormasyon ang babaeng pasyente ay unang nagpasuri sa isang health center sa Pasay City dahil sa pabalik-balik na lagnat, sipon at sore throat, bago muling nag-duty.

Sumailalim pa ito sa swab test sa St. Luke’s BGC noong Marso 20 at muling nag-duty at naka-duty pa ito noong Marso 30 nang ipaalam sa kanya na positibo siya sa COVID 19.

Inilagay naman sa 14-day quarantine ang lahat ng security screener na nakasalamuha ng pasyente.

Samantala, bumubuti naman na ang kalagayan ng lalaking senior officer.

Wala pang pahayag ang MIAA ukol sa dalawang kaso.
