Rose-scented stamps ilalabas ng PhilPost para sa Valentine’s Day

Maglalabas ng amoy rosas na stamps ang Philippine Postal Corp. para sa Valentine’s Day.

Ito ay pamamaraan ng PhilPost para hikayatin ang publiko na magpadala ng snail mail o liham sa kanilang mga mahal sa buhay sa pagsapit ng Valentine’s Day.

Ayon sa PhilPost, 101,000 na mga Valentine’s Day stamp na rose-scented ang kanilang ii-imprenta.

“Some say that flowers have meanings, and the beautiful rose symbolizes love. It signifies something to the person to whom the flowers is given,” ayon sa pahayag ng Philpost.

Ang bawat rose-scented na Valentine’s stamp ay may larawan ng full bloom na single-stemmed rose at may nakasulat na “Faith Hope and Love” sa background.

Ang bawat stamps ay mabibili ng P25 kada isa. Gagamitan ng ‘special ink’ na may amoy ng rosas ang gagamitin sa pag-imprenta.

Tatagal din ang amoy ng nasabing stamps. Ang Valentine’s Day stamps ay idinesenyo ng artist na si Rodine Teodoro.
