Pag-summon ng NBI kay Mayor Vico Sotto ‘useless political distraction’ – DILG Usec. Malaya

Tinawag ng Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) na ‘useless political distraction’ ang ginawa ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) na pag-summon kay Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto.

Pahayag ito ni DILG Undersecretary Jonathan Malaya lalo at nasa kasagsagan ang bansa ng paglaban sa outbreak ng COVID-19.

Ayon kay Malaya, sa panahon ngayon ang focus dapat ng lahat ay ang labanan o masugpo ang sakit.

Dagdag pa ni Malaya, sumunod naman agad si Sotto sa direktiba ng national government na hindi na dapat gamitin o payagang bumiyahe ang mga tricycle.

“This is just my personal opinion, I think this act of summoning of Mayor of Pasig is a useless political distraction at this time when all of us are preparing to beat the COVID crisis that we are in right now,” ayon kay Malaya.
