Isang milyong PPE sets nakatakdang dumating sa bansa – Duque

Parating na sa bansa ang biniling Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) ng Department of Health.

Isang milyong PPE sets ang binili ng DOH na nagkakahalaga ng P1.8 billion at ipagagamit sa health workers.

Ang bawat set ng PPE ay kinapapalooban ng headgear, goggles, N95 mask, gloves, apron, at gown.

Ayon kay Health Sec. Francisco Duque III, ipamamahagi ang PPEs sa government hospitals.

Sa sandaling mapagkalooban na ng PPEs ang public health workers ay mamamahagi naman para sa private hospitals.

Samantala, mayroong P275 billion na gagamitin para maipantulong sa mga health worker sa ilalim ng Bayanihan Law na nilagdaan ni Pangulong Duterte.
