Buong Luzon, isinailalim ni Pangulong Duterte sa enhanced community quarantine
Pinalawak pa ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang community quarantine na umiiral sa Metro Manila.
Ayon kay Presidential spokesman Salvador Panelo, kaaanunsiyo lang ni Pangulong Duterte sa meeting ng Inter-Agency Task Force na ipatutupad na nito ang enhanced community quarantine sa buong Luzon.
Hindi naman tinukoy ni Panelo kung kailan magiging epektibo ang enhahanced community quarantine sa Luzon.
Sa memerandum na ipinalabas ng Malaknayang noong Sabado kaugnay sa social distancing at community quarantine, mahigpit na ipatutupad ang home quarantine sa lahat ng bahay o households, suspendido ang transportasyon, provision para sa food and eseential health services ay regulated at mas malakas na presensya ng uniformed personnel para mapaigting pa ang implementasyon ng quarantine procedures.
Enhanced community quarantine – where strict home quarantine shall be implemented in all households; transportation shall be suspended; provision for food and eseential health services shall be regulated; and heightened presence of uniformed personnel to enforce quarantine procedures will be implemented,” nakasaad sa memorandum.
