Bilang ng COVID-19 cases sa bansa, nasa 98 na – DOH

Inihayag ng Department of Health (DOH) na nadagdagan ng 34 ang bilang ng kumpirmadong kaso ng Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) sa bansa.

Dahil dito, umabot na sa kabuuang 98 ang bilng ng COVID-19 cases sa Pilipinas.

Patuloy pang kumakalap ang DOH ng impormasyon hinggil sa mga bagong kaso ng sakit.

Kasabay nito, hiniling ni Health Secretary Francisco Duque III ang kooperasyon ng bawat isa para maiwasan ang paglaganap ng virus sa bansa.

“Our frontline health workers and medical personnel are risking their safety to respond to the needs of the public, all we ask is for you to do your part: practice preventive measures, go on strict home quarantine if you are experiencing mild symptoms, and help halt the spread of fake news,” pahayag ng kalihim.

Sinabi pa ni Duque na ang maayos na partisipasyon ng bawat isa ang susi para ma-contain ang COVID-19.

“At this most trying time, our strongest weapon as a nation is Vigilance, Preparedness, and Solidarity,” dagdag pa nito.
