Court hearings, sinuspinde ng SC mula March 13 hanggang 18
Sinuspinde ng Supreme Court ang lahat ng court hearings sa bansa mula March 13 hanggang 18.
Sa inilabas na administrative circular ni Chief Justice Diosdado Peralta, sakop nito ang court hearings sa first, second at collegiate courts.
Ito ay dahil pa rin sa banta ng Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) sa bansa.
Ayon kay Peralta, mula March 13 hanggang 18, kailangang gawin ng mga justice at judge ang mga sumusunod.
– Mag-reset ng hearing at ipaalam sa mga partido ang bagong schedule
– Mag-disinfect sa court premises
– Pen orders at decisions
– Aksyunan ang iba pang nakabinbing usapin sa hawak nilang korte
“Justices and judges are likewise expected to continue to report to the Office of the Court Administrator any development or circumstance regarding the spread of COVID-19,” dagdag pa ng Punong Mahistrado.
