P204,000 halaga ng shabu, nasamsam sa sinalakay na drug den sa Negros Oriental
Arestado ang walong drug suspects sa ikinasang buy-bust operation ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) sa Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental Miyerkules ng umaga.
Ayon sa PDEA Central Visayas (RO7), isinagawa ang operasyon sa Purok San Lorenzo Ruiz, Barangay Talay bandang 9:18 ng umaga.
Nahuli ng mga otoridad ang mga suspek na sina Andi Subito alyas “Nonoy,” Jason Bancaire Entienza, Romero Llosa Inocertia, Gilbert Delos Santos Timonan, Mike Ian Menda Bauso, Jaime Pis-an Rodriguez, Paul Glycer Morales Cepe at Loriano Maquiling Sorbeto.
Nakuha sa mga suspek ang ilang pakete ng hinihinalang shabu, ilang drug paraphernalia at ginamit na buy-bust money.
Nasa P204,000 ang halaga ng nakuhang ilegal na droga sa mga suspek.
Kasong paglabag sa Sections 5, 6, 7, 11, 12 at 15 Article 2 ng Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 ang isasampa laban sa mga suspek.
