4-day work week ipatutupad na sa lahat ng tanggapan ng DOLE
Magpapatupad na ng 4-day work week sa lahat ng empleyado ng Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) sa buong bansa.
Sakop ng kautusan ang mga empleyado sa DOLE Central Office sa Maynila, Regional Office at attached agencies nito.
Kabilang sa mga attached agencies ng DOLE ang mga sumusunod:
– Employees Compensation Commission (ECC)
– Institute for Labor Studies (ILS)
– Occupational Safety and Health Center (OSHC)
– National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB)
– National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC)
– National Maritime Polytechnic (NMP)
– National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC)
– Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA)
– Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
– Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA)
Sa nilagdaang administrative order ni Labor Sec. Silvestre Bello III simula sa March 16, 2020 magiging Lunes hanggang Huwebes na lamang ang pasok sa lahat ng nabanggit na mga tanggapan.
Dapat ay 10 oras na magtatrabaho kada araw ang mga empleyado kasama na ang kanilang meal periods.
Pwede silang pumasok sa pagitan ng alas 7:00 hanggang alas 8:00 ng umaga. At uuwi sila sa pagitan ng alas 6:00 hanggang alas 7:00 ng gabi.
Ang utos ay bahagi ng hakbang ng DOLE para maiwasan ang paglaganap ng COVID-19.
