Maglalabas ng Executive Order ang Palasyo ng Malakanyang para gawing pormal ang deklarasyon ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na State of Public Health Emergency dahil sa Coronavirus Disease o COVID-19.
Sa panayam ng Radyo Inquirer, sinabi ni Presidential spokesman Salvador Panelo na ilalabas ang EO sa araw ng Lunes (March 9).
Ayon kay Panelo, dahil sa State of Public Health Emergency, nakahanda na ang pamahalaan na tugunan ang naturang problema.
Humihirit na rin aniya ang Department of Health (DOH) ng P2 bilyong supplemental fund sa Kongreso para sa COVID-19.
Pakiusap ng Palasyo sa publiko, maging kalmado at huwag mag-panic.
