Contractor ng DPWH pinatawan ng parusa dahil sa mabagal na trabaho
Pinatawan ng parusa ni Public Works and Highways Secretary Mark Villar ang St. Gerrard Construction General Contractor and Development Corporation.
Ayon sa kalihim, dahil ito sa napakabagal na pagggawa ng St. Gerard sa itinatayong gusali ng eskuwelahan sa Indang, Cavite.
Sa pamamagitan ng Department Order (DO) No. 20, series of 2020 na nilagdaan noong January 31, 2020, sa loob ng isang taon ay hindi maaaring sumali sa bidding ng mga proyekto ng kagawaran ang nasabing developer
Nabatid na nakapagtala ng mahigit na 15 percent slippage sa construction ng apat na palapag na building project sa Lumampong National High School – Indang Annex, Indang, Cavite ang St. Gerrard Construction General Contractor and Development Corporation.
Kaugnay nito ay pinaalalahan ng kalihim ang iba pang contractor ng DPWH na tumupad sa itinakdang petsa ng kontrata para makamit ang isinusulong na Build, Build, Build Program nationwide ng administrasyong Duterte.
