Ayon kay Vice President Leni Robredo, malinaw na panggigipit ang hakbang ng Office of the Solicitor General (OSG), at agenda ng iilang nasa poder o pwesto.
Sinabi ni Robredo na maliban sa kalayaang makapagsalita ay bahagi din ng freedom of speech ang pagbabantay sa katotohanan.
Hinimok ni Robredo ang publiko na bantayan at imonitor ang aniya’y pangha-harass sa franchise renewal ng network.
Ani Robredo, ang paghahain ng quo warranto sa SC ay taliwas sa tamang proseso sa pag-renew ng prangkisa ng ABS-CBN.
