LTFRB binalaan ang publiko sa kumpanya na nag-aalok ng investment para sa PUVMP-compliant unit

Binalaan ng Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) ang publiko sa pakikipagtransaksyon sa transport service company na “Yellowdot Transport Terminal, Inc.”

Ayon sa LTFRB, ang kumpanyang “Yellowdot” ay nag-aalok sa mga driver at operator na bumili ng “Millennial Jeep” at sinasabing nasa ilalim ito ng Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program (PUVMP).

Noong March 27, 2019 ay naglabas ng notice ang LTFRB hinggil sa investment scheme ng “Yellowdot”.

Hinihingan ng kumpanya ng downpayment na P250,000 ang nais mag-invest para sa unit at pinapangakuan ang investor na kikita ang pera nito ng P55,000 kada buwan.

Ayon sa LTFRB walang lisensya mula sa Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) ang “Yellowdot”.

Kung mayroong reklamo laban sa nasabing kumpanya, pinapayuhang magtungo sa Public Assistance and Complaints Desk (PACD).
