Quarantine facilities sa Cebu Province handa para sa mga Pinoy na dumarating sa Mactan Airport galing China, HK at Macau

Mayroong dalawng quarantine facilities sa Cebu na maaring magamit sa mga pasyente na hinihinalang mayroong novel coronavirus.

Nakipag-ugnayan si Office of the Assistant for the Visayas (OPAV) Assistant Secretary Jonji Gonzales sa sa Department of Health (DOH) at Bureau of Quarantine sa Central Visayas upang tiyakin ang kahandaan sakaling may maitalang suspected na kaso ng nCoV sa rehiyon.

Ayon sa OPAV, dalawa ng quarantine facilities sa Cebu Province na maaring gamitin para sa 14-day mandatory quarantine ng isang suspected nCoV carrier.

Isang government hospital din sa Cebu na nasailalim ng DOH Region 7 ang maaring magamit din bilang quarantine facility.

Most of the Filipinos who arrived in Cebu via Mactan Cebu International Airport from Hongkong, Macau, and China were directed to undergo a 14-day home quarantine.

Una nang sinabi ni Cebu Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia na inumpisahan na nila ang pagpapatupad ng mandatory quarantine sa mga Pinoy na dumarating sa Mactan Airprot galing China, Macau at Hong Kong.

Noong Lunes, mayroong 10 Filipino na galing Hong Kong ang dumating sa paliparan ang isinailalim sa quarantine.
