Balitang nagpatupad ng lockdown sa East Avenue Medical Center dahil sa kaso ng nCoV, ‘fake news’ ayon sa DOH

Peke ang balitang kumalat sa social media na nagpatupad ng lockdown sa East Avenue Medical Center dahil sa kaso ng 2019-novel cronavirus.

Ayon sa Department of Health (DOH), walang nangyaring lockdown sa naturang ospital sa Quezon City.

Katunayan sinabi ng DOH na tuluy-tuloy ang serbisyo ng East Avenue Medical Center kabilang ang outpatient department nito, Ward at Emergency Room.

Base sa mensahe na kumalat sa Facebook kahapon, mayroon umanong pasyente galing sa Monumento, Caloocan ang dinala sa ospital at positibo sa 2019-nCoV.

Muling ipinayo ng DOH sa publiko na iwasan ang pagpapakalat ng mga balitang hindi naman kumpirmado dahil magdudulot lang ito ng pangamba.

Tanging ang mga update sa 2019-nCoV na inilalabas ng DOH sa kanilang website, Faceboook at Twitter ang kumpirmado at marapat na ibahagi sa social media.
