Regional Animal Disease Task Force, pinagana na sa Davao region

Pinagana na ng Office of Civil Defense (OCD) sa Davao Region ang Regional Animal Disease Task Force.

Kasunod ito ng pagkamatay ng 1,000 baboy sa Davao Occidental matapos tamaan ng sakit na African Swine Fever (ASF).

Ayon kay OCD regional director Liza Mazo, ipinag-utos na ng lokal na pamahalaan ang pagbebenta at pagbili ng karneng baboy sa lugar.

Una rito, sinabi ni Agriculture secretary William Dar na nakaalerto na ang kanilang hanay para tugunan ang naturang problema.
