Umabot na sa 70,000 ang bilang ng mga debotong nasa prusisyon ng Itim na Nazareno.
Sa update mula sa Incident Command Post ng Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, as of 7:20 ng umaga ay 70,000 ang crowd estimate sa prusisyon.
Bago ito sinabi ng MDRRMO na umabot sa 120,000 ang bilang ng mga taong nagtipun-tipon sa Quirino Grandstand.
Habang sa Quiapo Church ay mayroong tinatayang 100,000 katao na dumadalo sa oras-oras na misa.
