WATCH: Pangulong Duterte, bukas na magkaroon ng sariling pulis at militar ang BARMM

Sinabi ni Pangulong Duterte na bukas siyang magkaroon ng sariling pulis at military ang BARMM.

Pahayag ito ng pangulo sa kaniyang talumpati sa pamamahagi ng certificate of land ownership award sa mga agrarian reform beneficiaries sa Cotabato City.

Pero ayon sa pangulo, kailangan lang tiyakin na papatayin ng mga BARMM police at militaries ang mga terorista.
