4 na lider ng BIFF sumuko sa Philippine Army

Sumuko sa Philippine Army ang apat na lider ng grupong may kaugnayan sa Islamic State.

Ayon kay Maj. Gen. Diosdado Careon, pinuno ng 6th Infantry Division, ang mga sumukong lider ng Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF) ay kasapi ng paksyon ni Sheik Esmail Abubakar, alyas Kumander Bungos.

Ang grupo ni Bungos ay nag-ooperate sa Maguindanao.

Sumuko ang apat sa Baranggay Indatuan, Northern Kabuntalan.

Kinilala ang sumukong BIFF leaders na sina Ibrahim Odin, Diya Musa, Daud Paglas at Yasser Abunawas.

Si Odin ay humahawak ng BIFF brigade, si Musa ay namumuno sa isang batalyon, si Paglas ang in charge sa administrative tasks at si Abunawas ang nangangasiwa sa operasyon ng grupo.

Kasabay ng pagsuko, isinuko din ng apat ang caliber .50 Barrett sniper’s rifle, M-16 Armalite rifle, rocket-propelled grenade launcher, improvised explosive device at mga bala.
