LOOK: Mga billboard sa NLEX nakarolyo na bilang paghahanda sa TY #TisoyPH

Nakarolyo ang mga billboard sa North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) bilang paghahanda sa pananalasa ng Typhoon Tisoy.

Nag-ikot ang mga tauhan ng Office of the Building officials ng Valenzuela City Hall sa NLEX para tiyaking sumunod ang lahat sa utos na magrolyo ng billboard.

Una nang nagpalabas ng memorandum ang City Hall para sa pagrorolyo ng billboards.

Samantala sa kahabaan ng C-5, EDSA at iba pang bahagi ng Metro Manila ay pawang nakarolyo na rin ang mga billboard.
