North Korea muling nagpakawala ng projectiles

Nagpalipad muli ng dalawang short range projectiles ang North Korea araw ng Huwebes ayon sa South Korean military.

Ayon kay Army Major General Jeong Dong-jin, Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) ng South Korea, pinakawalan ang projectiles mula sa launchers malapit sa Yonpo.

Umabot sa 380 kilometro ang maximum flight distance ng dalawang projectiles at may ‘altitude’ o taas na 97 kilometro.

Ani Jeong, ang ginawa ng North Korea ay tila pagpapakita ng kawalan ng kagustuhang tuldukan ang sigalot sa Korean Peninsula.

“This North Korean action does not aid the easing of tension on the Korean Peninsula,” ani Jeong.

Tinawag naman ni Japanese Prime Minster Shinzo Abe na seryosong banta sa international community ang multiple ballistic missile launches ng North Korea.

Agad na nagpatawag ng national security meeting si Abe araw ng Huwebes at mahigpit na nakikipag-ugnayan sa US, South Korea at iba pang bansa para bantayan ang sitwasyon.

Sinasabing bumagsak sa karagatang sakop ng Japan ang projectiles, bagay na hindi kinumpirma ni Abe.

Magugunitang nais ng Pyongyang na alisin na ang economic sanctions na ipinataw ng US laban sa bansa.

Binigayan lamang ni North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un ang US ng hanggang katapusan ng taon para tapusin ang negosasyon.
