WATCH: Mandatory driver’s seminar, isinusulong sa Kamara

Isinusulong sa Kamara ang pagkakaroon ng mandatory seminar ng mga driver na magre-renew ng kanilang driver’s license.

Sa panukalang batas, hindi makapagre-renew ng lisensya ang isang driver hangga’t hindi sumasailalim sa seminar sa road safety, LTO policy, at iba pa.
