Apektado ng suspensyon ang lahat ng antas mula pre-school hanggang graduate school sa mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan.
Samantala, epektibo rin ang liquor ban sa nasabing lalawigan simula 6:00, Lunes ng umaga.
