WATCH: Paghingi ng emergency power para sa trapiko, ayaw na ng pangulo

Hindi na itutulak sa Kamara ang inihirit na emergency power kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte para solusyunan ang bigat ng trapiko sa Metro Manila.

Ayon kay House Speaker Alan Cayetano, gagamitin na lamang ang oversight power para tugunan ang trapiko.
