Singil sa kuryente ng Meralco tataas sa Nobyembre
Nakaamba ang pagtaas sa singil sa kuryente ng Meralco sa buwan ng Nobyembre.
Ayon kay Meralco spokesman Joe Zaldarriaga, mayroong dalawang araw na nakaranas ng yellow alert status o pagnipis ng reserba sa supply ng kuryente.
Paliwanag ng opisyal, maaaring tumaas ang charges sa wholesale electricity spot market (WESM) dahil sa nangyari sa nagdaang supply month.
Iiral pa rin naman ang unti-unting refund sa Meralco customers alisunod sa utos ng Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) pero mas maliit ito kumpara sa ipinatupad noong Sityembre at Oktubre.
Sa October billing ay nagkaroon ng P0.04 per kilowatt hour na price adjustment pero mula Mayo hanggang Sityembre ay may bawas singil na P1.52 per kilowatt hour.
