WATCH: DTI, nagpayo sa mga bibisita sa mga libingan na sa mga supermarket mamili

Ilang araw bago ang Undas, nagbabala ang Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) sa publiko na mamili sa mga grocery store.
Ito ay bunsod ng mga natatanggap na reklamo ukol sa overpricing ng ilang kandila at tubig sa mga terminal ng bus at sementeryo.
