P5.4M na halaga ng pananim na marijuana, winasak at sinunog sa South Cotabato

Aabot sa 30,000 fully grown na marijuana leaves ang sinira ng mga otoridad sa bulubunduking bahagi ng Tampakan, South Cotabato.

Ayon kay Capt. Joseph Villanueva, hepe ng Tampakan police station, ginawa ang operasyon ng pinagsanib-pwersa ng mga pulis, sundalo at tauhan ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) sa Sitio Alyang, Barangay Danlag.

Ang plantasyon ng marijuana ay nakita sa boundary ng Tampakan, Columbio, Sultan Kudarat at Kiblawan, Davao del Sur.

Sa pagtaya ng mga otoridad ay aabot sa halos P6 na milyon ang nasira nilang panananim na kalaunan ay sininog.

Isang Gugwelin Mcondon ang sinasabing nagmementena ng plantasyon pero nakatakas ito ng dumating ang mga otoridad.

Inihahanda naman na ng PDEA ang isasampang kaso laban kay Macondon na ngayon ay subject ng manhunt operation.
