Naniniwala si Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr. na dapat tanggalin ang ilang eksena sa pelikulang “Abominable.”

Tampok kasi sa pelikula ang nine dash claim sa South China Sea.

Sa Twitter, sinabi ng kalihim na mas mabuting tanggalin na lamang ang eksena sa halip na ipagbawal ang pagpapalabas nito sa bansa.

Maaari aniyang siyasatin ng Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) ang eksena para mapalabas sa bansa.

Ang nasabing cartoon movie ay tungkol sa isang Chinese na tumulong para makauwi ang isang yeti na ginawa ng DreamWorks at Pearl Studio sa China.
