Ayon sa Light rail Transit Authority (LRTA), nagkaroon ng technical problem at pansamantalang natigil ang operasyon dakong alas 9:49 ng umaga ng Miyerkules (Oct. 2).
Hindi naman na binanggit ng LRTA kung anong partikular na problema ang naranasan.
Alas 10:19 ng umaga nang mag-tweet ang LRT-2 na normal na ang operasyon nito.
