Abandonadong kuta ng mga terorista nakita sa Lanao del Sur
Isang kampo ng mga pinaniniwalaang terorista ang natagpuan ng mga tauhan ng militar sa Brgy. Parii, Piagapo sa Lanao Del Sur.
Ang nasabing abandonadong terrorist camp ay may kakayahang mag-accommodate ng 20-katao ayon sa mga tauhan ng 49th Infantry Battalion ng Philippine Army.
Nakita sa lugar ang ilang IED components, medical paraphernalia, food supplies, at personal na gamit ng mga suspected Dawlah Islamiya members.
“Troops are in pursuit of terrorists evading our combat operations in the area,” ayon kay Major General Roberto Ancan, Joint Task Force ZamPeLan commander
“We have seized an enemy cache used by Dawlah Islamiya fighters as storage of their explosive components and food supply,” dagdag pa ng opisyal.
Nagpapatuloy ang operasyon ng militar sa lugar para tugisin ang mga miyembro ng nasabing grupo na nagpapalipat-lipat lamang ng lugar sa bulubunduking bahagi ng Lanao del Sur.
