Isa pang bilanggong napalaya dahil sa GCTA Law, kusang loob na sumuko sa SPD

Boluntaryong sumuko sa Southern Police District (SPD) ang isang pang convicted person na maagang napalaya dahil sa Good Conduct Time Allowance (GCTA) Law, bandang alas-8:44, Biyernes ng umaga, Sept. 13.

Kusang loob na dumulog sa SPD si Edwin Pepito Diosano, 42-anyos, isang construction worker at nakatira sa Construction Building, Baseline, Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City.

Si Diosano ay nahatulan noong May 25, 2010 sa kasong Rape with Homicide at nakulong sa Sablayan Prison and Penal Farm Occidental Mindoro.

Sa inilabas na kautusan ni Atty. Benjamin Delos Santos, Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) Director General, nakalaya si Diosano noong February 16, 2017 sa ilalim ng GCTA Law.
