BuCor legal chief gumamit ng droga kasama ang mga Chinese drug lord ayon kay Lacson
Kinompronta ni Sen. Ping Lacson sa pagdinig ng Senate Blue Ribbon at Justice Committee si Bureau of Correction legal chief, Frederick Anthony Santos kung gumagamit ba siya ng iligal na droga o hindi.
Mariing itinanggi ni Santos ang nasabing pahayag ni Lacson.
Pero sinabi ni Lacson an mayroon siyang ilalabas na patunay na sangkot ang abogado ng BuCor sa isang “jamming” o pot session kasama ang ilang Chinese drug lord sa New Bilibid Prisons (NBP).
Naganap umano ang nasabing pot session sa Building 14 pero hindi niya binanggit kung kailan ito nangyari.
“I’m going to get that evidence, I almost had it. I’m telling you. Because there are reports that you are jamming with the Chinese drug lords inside Building 14. I’m just telling you… you are under oath and I’m telling you that,” ayon kay Lacson.
Sinabi rin ni Lacson na marami sa kanilang mga imbitadong BuCor officials ang nagsisinungaling sa kanilang mga pahayag kaugnay pa rin sa imbestigasyon sa Good Conduct Time Allowance (GCTA).
Dagdag pa ng mambabatas, “This is our fourth hearing. Each time that we conduct a committee hearing, we’re being lied to at least once. We’re being lied to each time by our resource persons.”.
Si Santos ay kabilang sa mga BuCor officials na nakasalang ngayon sa pagdinig ng Senado.
