“Bring your own bottles” sagot sa zero-waste community project ng DENR
Kaugnay pa rin sa kampanyang zero-waste community ng Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) ay inilunsad ng NutriAsia Inc. ang kanilang “Bring Your Own Bottles (BYOB) refilling station sa The Mind Museum sa Taguig City.
Layunin ng “Bring your Own Bottle” project na pinasimulan ng NutriAsia na bawasan ang pagkonsumo ng mga plastic sa bansa partikular na ng mga condiments container.
Sa pamamagitan ng mga dalang reusable containers ng ng mga consumer ay pwede ng i-refill ang mga produktong kinabibilangan ng UFC Banana Catsup, Datu Puti Vinegar at Golden Fiesta.
Sa mga BYOB stores ay mabibili na rin ang iba pang mga produkto sa mga eco-friendly packaging tulad ng Locally Juice, Locally Merci Buco at Datu Puti Spiced Vinegar na may 40-percent discount.
Ipinaliwanag ni NutisAsia Corporate Marketing and Communications Head James Lim na bahagi ng kikitain ng mga BYOB Stores ay gagamitin sa pagbili ng ilang mga school chairs.
Nauna na dito ang 300 chairs na nakatakdang ibigay sa Gat Andres Bonifacio High School sa Taguig City.
Ang BYOB Stores ay tugon ng NutriAsia sa “Refill Revolution na nauna nang pinasimulan ng Environment Management Bureau ng DENR.
