Sa abiso ng FDA, bukod sa Active White Slimming Coffee, hindi rin rehistrado ang Fruccy’s Ginger Tea, Garden Secret 16 in 1 Turmeric powder, Nu Beta Growing Factor at High Nature Super Food.
Base sa post market surveillance ng FDA walang certificate of registration ang mga naturang produkto.
Bunga nito, ang pag-manufacture, importation, exportation, sale, distribution, transfer, non-consumer use, promotion, advertising o sponsorship ng mga naturang produkto ay ipinagbabawal.
Paala ng ahensiya hindi tiyak ang kalidad at kaligtasan sa paggamit ng mga ito kayat maaring makasama sa kalusugan at pangangatawan.
