Peter Advincula o alyas ‘Bikoy,’ nakapagpiyansa na sa kasong cyberlibel

Pansamantala nang nakalaya si Peter Joemel Advincula o alyas ‘Bikoy’ matapos makapagpiyansa sa Quezon City court.

Nakapagpiyansa si Advincula sa halagang P10,000 para sa kasong cyberlibel.

Ayon kay Brig. Gen. Bernard Banac, tagapagsalita ng Philippine National Police (PNP), natanggap ng Criminal Investigation and Detention Group – National Capital Region Field Unit (CIDG-NCRFU) ang release order para kay Advincula bandan 2:45 ng hapon.

Pinirmahan ang release order ng Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 220 Judge Jose Paneda.

Nilinaw naman ni Lt. Col. Arnold Thomas Ibay, director ng CIDG-NCRFU na kailangan pa ring dumalo ni Advincula sa mga pagdinig ng korte kaugnay sa kasong inihain laban sa kanya.

Bandang 3:30 ng hapon, nakaalis si Advincula sa CIDG facility sa Camp Crame kasama ang kaniyang kapatid na si Joseph.
