Duterte nag-practice para sa 4th SONA; speech ginawang 19 pahina lang

Personal na inedit ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang nilalaman ng magiging talumpati nito para sa kanyang ika-apat na State of the National Address (SONA) sa Lunes, July 22.

Bilang paghahanda, nag-practice ang Pangulo ng SONA araw ng Biyernes.

Ayon sa source ng INQUIRER.net, binawasan ni Pangulong Duterte ang kanyang talumpati at ginawa na lamang itong 19 pahina.

Sinabi pa ng source na katuwang ng Pangulo sa kanyang practice sina Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo, Undersecretary Boy Quitain, Communications Secretary Martin Andanar, Radio TV Malacañang Director Demic Pabalan at Director Joyce Bernal.

Una nang sinabi ni Andanar na tatagal ng mula 45 hanggang 50 minuto ang speech ng Pangulo kung hindi mababago ang nakahandang talumpati nito.

“[His speech will be] between 45 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes depending on speed,” ani Andanar.

Sinabi naman ni Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles na nais lamang sabihin ng Pangulo sa kanyang SONA kung ano ang nasa puso nito.

Kilala si Pangulong Duterte sa mahabang talumpati at una na nitong sinabi na sa kanyang SONA sa Lunes ay tuturuan niya ang kanyang mga kritiko sa isyu ng South China Sea.

Ang unang SONA noong 2016 ay tumagal ng 1 oras at 32 minuto habang ang pangalawa ay nasa 2 oras pero noong nakaraang taon ay nasa 48 minuto ito.
