Natapos na ang mahigit 21 taong na pagtatago sa batas ng isang pugante matapos itong maaresto sa Dinalupihan, Bataan.
Ayon sa National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO), nahuli ang suspek na si Burt Apostol, 55-anyos, residente ng Iba, Zambales at may warrant of arrest para sa Evasion of Service of Sentence.
Base sa case record, noong 1989 ay na-convict si Apostol sa kasong Robbery pero tumakas ito noong 1991 habang inililipat sa Sablayan Occidental Mindoro para doon ipagpatuloy ang kanyang sentensya.
Taong 1995 ay muling nahuli ang convict pero muling tumakas noong 1997.
Sa panahon na nasa labas ng kulungan, nakuha pang makapag-trabaho ni Apostol bilang construction worker.
