Imbestigasyon ng UNHRC sa drug war, walang pulitika—CHR

Walang halong pulitika ang hakbang ng United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) na rebyuhin ang anti-drug war campaign ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.

Ayon kay Commission on Human Rights (CHR) spokesperson Jacqueline De Guia, normal procedure lamang ang ginagawa ng UNHRC.

Katunayan ayon kay de Guia, 58 bansa na ang binisita ng UNHRC noong nakaraang taon para magsagawa ng fact finding mission.

Halimbawa na lamang aniya ang Libya at Syria.Ayon kay de Guia, kung pagbabasehan ang resolusyon ng UNHRC, inaatasan lamang nito ang Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights na magsumite ng monitoring report at hindi para magsagawa ng imbestigasyon.
