Nasampahan na ng kaso si Victor Delos Reyes, ang driver ng Buena Sher bus na naaksidente at tumagilid sa kahabaan ng North Luzon Expressway (NLEx) sa Valenzuela noong June 29.
Sa panayam ng Radyo Inquirer, sinabi ni Police Col. Carlito Gaces, hepe ng Valenzuela City police, na mahaharap ang driver sa kasong reckless imprudence resulting to multiple homicide, physical injuries at damage to properties.
May kaukulang piyansa ang kaso ng driver ngunit ang korte na aniya ang magdedesisyon sa halaga nito.
Aabot sa walo katao ang nasawi habang 25 ang sugatan sa aksidente.
Matatandaang inamin ni Delos Reyes na nawalan siya ng kontrol sa bus dahilan para madisgrasya ito.
Matapos gumaling sa tinamong sugat, inilipat na si Delos Reyes sa sa Valenzuela City Police Station custodial facility.
