Arestado ang dalawa katao dahil sa umano’y pangingikil sa ilang vendor sa Maynila.
Nakilala ng Special Mayor’s Reaction Team ng Manila Police District (MPD-SMART) ang mga suspek na sina Vilma Cortez, 48-anyos, at Jeffrie Solomon, 37-anyos.
Personal na iprinisinta ni Manila Mayor Isko Moreno ang mga suspek sa Manila City Hall.
Nagkasa ng entrapment operation matapos makatanggap ng reklamo sa ilegal na aktibidad ng mga suspek sa bahagi ng Blumentritt Street corner Felix Huertas sa Sta. Cruz bandang 8:45, Martes ng umaga.
Inamin naman ng isa sa mga suspek na si Cortez na kumikita siya ng P25,000 dahil sa pangingikil.
Sa ngayon, nakakulong na ang dalawa sa MPD-SMART at nahaharap sa kasong robbery-extortion.
